007 First Light is reportedly heading to Switch 2 on 16 September
A retail listing leak points to a Nintendo Switch 2 release for IO Interactive's Bond origin story, months after its debut on other platforms.
Players finally got their hands on 007 First Light back on 27 May, and IO Interactive's take on a young James Bond has been one of the year's more confident big-budget releases. Now a leaked retail listing suggests a Nintendo Switch 2 version is arriving on 16 September.
The listing, spotted before it was pulled, shows boxed art and a dated release window. Neither IO Interactive nor Nintendo has commented, so treat the date as unconfirmed until it appears in an official channel.
A Switch 2 port is not a stretch technically — First Light's stealth sandboxes are dense but small, and IO has already shown the engine scaling down for cloud and handheld play. The question is what the performance target is: the other versions run at 60fps in performance mode, and anything below 30 locked would hurt a game built on reactive guard behaviour.
